Our silver tier Directory member Refurbr has released one of its most significant platform updates to date, with a clear focus on automation, control and warehouse performance across refurbishment operations.

A major step forward comes through new API capabilities, enabling direct integration with fulfilment partners and external systems. Sales Orders and Credit Notes APIs give 3PLs and partners programmatic access to order and returns data, supporting automated dispatch, marketplace fulfilment and improved visibility across RMA activity.
Alongside this, Refurbr has introduced full self-service entity management, allowing businesses to control company structures, VAT settings, branding and multi-entity configurations directly within the platform without developer support.
Operationally, warehouse and fulfilment workflows have been refined to improve speed and accuracy, with enhancements across picking, packing and stock management including scan-enabled processes, smarter location selection, and customisable stock statuses aligned to grading workflows.
Data handling has also been strengthened, with improved import functionality and validation. Structured CSV and Excel uploads reduce errors and give operators greater confidence in inventory, cost tracking and financial data.
Underpinning this is early progress towards deeper financial integration, with a new accounting integration foundation enabling secure connections to external finance systems and paving the way for more seamless synchronisation in future releases.
Further updates across marketplace connectivity and platform performance round out the release, including richer dispatch data for Refurbed, alongside stability and security improvements to support more reliable operations at scale.
These updates position Refurbr as a central operating layer for tech refurbishment, connecting integrations, warehouse execution, financial infrastructure and operational control to help businesses automate processes, protect margins and operate with confidence.
